Similar in term of eating. They are shy thats why they are faster swimmer. Took afew second to breath then back to hiding spot. But i'm not sure when they are adult their behavior still like juvie pluero.
 
So at your place striatas and micros become feeders? How much their cost. Hem... your striata look like mine, my LFS told me that they are from Thai. Not sure about that. But still a bit different from my other striatas I've bought last year in term of pattern of their body. One more thing, feed them with small fish that suit with their mouth to avoid choking man :). Since I've bought this juvie I feed them with baby fish and small meal worms. Normally about 20 feeders per meal enough (with my 4 juvies). But its up to you to suit up with your fish.
 
10 for 2 dollars.. But stratia don't come often... Check my other thread posted and you know what it's been feeding on..
Current feeding the others with Mealworms. They snatch from my bigger, less aggressive snakehead.... Hahahah
