need ideas for 10gal stocking

if your willing to pay a lot, some galaxy rasbora would work nicely.

sadly, my lfs doesnt stock those and im not in a position to order them...

never liked DGs... after mine all caught DG virus...

parhaps, a school of small tetras and some panda or adolfoi cories?

4 panda corys and 6 glowlight tetras?

How about 4-5 pandas and maybe 3 flame tetras, and 5-6 cherry shimp?

my favorite fish for a 10 gallon would be 3 black line rasbera.. (the first pic). 2 orange swordtails(2nd pic) and a few mystery snails!

my 10 gal i have setup at my grandmas is stocked with 10 neon tetras and a bunch of java ferns.. its been runnin for almost 3 years now with minimal wcs.. nitrates are always low, ammo and nitrite are nonexistant.. i pretty much only change the water once every 2 months... as i dont get to see my grandma that often...

wcs are purely for trace mineral repleshing..

lighting is 2x compact florescent bulbs.. the twist in type.. works perfect

this sounds like the type of setup i was thinking of. some small fish, lots of plants, and minimal maintenance. i think ill try this with emperor, glowlight, lemon, or black phantom tetras. and a couple snails or shrimp.
