ya about that, as far as the dye stunting him, like I said I have no first hand knowlage so he may or he may not get full grown.

Dyed= deformed and dead (sooner rather than later)
Good to hear you are trying to get rid of your senegal, if you get another 29 gallon you can put the SB cons in a tank by themselves and try and get them to breed

no just 100% his life expectancy is shorter than a regular non dyed fish, sometimes they die quickly i doubt it will die on you fast though

Wow...I dunno what to think really. I'm confused, why would you put them in a 10? Then you said you are over filtered, which is good...but that doesn't increase the tank size?

Really I am not trying to be mean, I rarely say negative things to people in the sites, and I will be the first to admit I do not know alot about most fish discussed here as I am still learning.

Everyone makes mistakes in purchases, it happens...but most of the time we learn from our mistakes, I've seen many threads where you are told you have done something wrong...yet you still do this over and over, starting your thread with "those who flame will be deleted" you obviously know you have made a unwise choice in the first place, and also know that others are not going to approve, IMO...if you do not have room for the tanks, don't buy the fish. I would LOVE to get a Jag, a peacock bass, and many other fish...yet just because I like them and want them...I don't because well I do not have the tank it would need or the space for the tank at this time.

Good luck with you parrots/cons whichever they are, I hope it all turns out for the best. Also, sorry if this post seems like flaming but I just really do not understand.

Now I am being mean.
Senegal bichers GET TOO BIG FOR A 29 GALLON TANK.
Why buy ANOTHER tank thats too small when thats what you already have?
A 10 gallon IS TOO SMALL FOR CONVICTS.
Yeah the cons are small now, but they grow fast.
And you'll end up with fish in too small of a tank for the billionth time.

I'm quite frankly sick of the perpetual cycle of getting fish, waiting until they die or you get bored with them, then getting more fish you cant care for.

Just stop it.
DO NOT GET ANYMORE FISH.

I normally dont post on your threads because this is what happens, I try and tell you the truth and you take it as an insult.

I'm sorry but its the truth.
You dont have big enough tanks.
Deal with that fact, and keep fish that can be kept in your aquarium size.
Exactly:headbang2:headbang2 i moved to the beach because i couldnt have a tank big enuff for the fish i want
