hello.. first of all sorry for my bad english hehe :) by the way,is there any way to treat external bacteria without using anti-biotic since it is hard to find in my country.. I already using interpet no.9 anti internal bacteria,ocean free chiclid disease away and anti-internal bacteria,lucky star brand super anti-bacteria salt and bactericide(chinese medication to treat both internal and external bacteria).. but until now the red pest or red streak or blotch still not recovery but a bit okay then before but it is already take 2-3 month and I dont know what kind of bacteria is it..now I wanna try ocean free T1.. so any suggestion?please help me :"( my fish is golden base(fader)flowerhorn and just finished his fading progress which I thought my fish sick at first..

Very hard for me to tell at all. Looks almost like its normal because it faded. I think you may need a better picture or a video would be better.
 
There is not a lot of hope for fish that get sick all of the time just keep your water clean with 50% water changes every week and keep your water salted with every water change. Feeding food with garlic will help boost your fishes immune system.
 
No problem you can try a little bit of epsom salt in there too. I like to mix a small amount with water and spray it on my food and let it dry for fish I have problems with. Ask rd he's pretty good with that type of stuff. If you can try pimafix or melafix if you can find it. I can't remember which one is for external but it has aloe in it which is good for the slime coat.
