I can't think of any centerpiece fish for something that small that's not going to predate your shrimp, and possibly your ottos.

And you don't seem to want to go for gouramis and such, so I doubt some type of killifish or platy or something would be to your liking either.

Some dwarf puffers would be the most "monster" that I would try in that setup -

Oh my god I love pea puffers they are soo sweet and full of personality ): i miss my little guys

if u want mosterfish then get a 125 gallon and get a Black Ghost Knifefish and some bichir.
