You have been given great advice so far, but I want to address the stocking of your tank.
Your sig:100 gal: 1 6.5in tiger oscar, 1 6.5in albino tiger, 2 4 inangels,3 3 in four line cats, 1 11 in TT eel, 1 5in common pleco and,
2 6in bala sharks
BIO:
1 oscar requires AT LEAST 50 gallons for waste purposes... 1 angelfish would be about 15, I am not sure about the cats but I would estimate 10 gallons (i have no idea about the size...), a tiretrack eel would be about 20 gallons, a common pleco at least 50 while some say 60, balasharks about 30-40g.
Please note, keeping an oscar or a pleco in 50 gallons by itself will require weekly 90-100% waterchanges.
So, from the above you have about 250-300g of fish in your tank. The tank is barely large enough for 2 full grown oscars.
BEHAVIORAL:
The oscars might be passive now, but you just wait until they get to 7-8 inches, this is when they hit "fishy puberty" and they will become more agressive. A 6 foot tank is normally required to keep 2 oscars from killing eachother.
Soon, the tiretrack eel will be lunch. Long, slender fish should not be kept with oscars. Not only does the TTE have a high chance of being killed once the oscars get bigger, but the oscar who attacks the TTE will probably die too.
Plecos are huge poop machines and once they get past about 8 inches they do not eat algae. I really hope you are feeding the pleco on an omnivourous diet otherwise the other fish will probably soon be snacked on.
The angels will probably be the first victims of the pleco... They should never be in a tank with oscars, they have no chance once the oscars get to full grown size, to even get food.
Balasharks are very active and very big fish... I would say a 6 foot tank would be the MINIMUM for these fish, although an 8 foot or larger tank would be ideal because they are schooling fish.
I have no idea about the size or anything about the cats, but I do know that they are similar to pictus cats. You better hope they grow fast enough (or the oscars grow slow enough) to not be considered a snack. If they are eaten they will most likely kill the oscar because of their pectoral spine.
CONCLUSION:
You have way too many fish and I would reconsider rehoming a bunch of them. Left like this you will probably end up with 0-1 oscar (one dies from catfish the other from tiretrack), 2 cats (1 got eaten), a giant friggin poop machine (pleco), and 1 bala shark (unless your tank is covered good....).
I am sorry for being so grim but that is the only way in this situation.
Stock for what you have, not what you plan on getting.
