Need New Substrate....

See I have river rocks or natural medium stones whatever you want to call them and there a pain to clean... They constantly get algea on them and fish poo hides in them.. All bad things but I have heard a lot of bad things about sand? Thanks for the offers thus far

I love sand. I will never go back to gravel and would def not get pebbles. JMO, though. I have had problems with the s-grade getting in filters, but not with the t-grade.
 
Ok so from what I can gather its 6 in one and a half dozen in the other on what people suggest... Where can I find the "T" grade sand so I can look at cost.

I am currently using Oildry ;) The Waste does is not noticeable to 9 out of 10 that come over ;)

Though I like Pea gravel as well the gravel is between .25 & .75 inches :) ;) 3-5.00 for 25 lb at Home depot.
 
go to home depot its the cheapest and its pretty nice i got more than enough gravel for my 125 for 15 dolllars
