its definitely a retropinnis. sometimes the stripes aren't obvious. the wide head/mouth and eye patterns tell you it's a retropinnis even when you can't see the rest of the body.

Does it seem like it has bright yellow markings? Almost blacklight reactive. I've had a few of those sold as senegalus, very puppy like.
