I was reading that I may hae to wait until late spring to get a little guy (out of season). I didn't want to wait that long but I'd rather hae a small one. Growing them out is half the fun.

I might be getting a fakaha tomorrow. I'm going out of state tomorrow and a fish store near where I'm going has them on sale for $23. I have a cycled 90g ready to go. I would prefer to have it's permenant tank but a 90 should be good until March. They say it's small, but not how small.

I want to know what they are feeding them and how long they've been in the store. Is there anything else I should ask?

Is his belly sunken in a little?

It might be, He's hding under some wood right now. I watch eat a mysis shrimp at the store, not much but the other one they had didn't eat it.

Their awesome aren't they? I've been feeding mine twice a day and he has a good belly on him. Have you noticed how dirty the water gets and quickly:eek: Ive already done a water change and plan on doing another on Sunday.

Did you get the fahaka at That Fish Place?- I just saw them on New Years Day for $23 over there (wish I had the room but I just got one of the congos they had last month).
