Well I just got up!! The Aro looks like he's going to make it. He's was swimming around in the little pen I had set up. I went downstairs and made a new Lexan top for the tank so this won't happen again!! He's still looking pretty shot though. What happened was he snuck out onto the Jaguars side of the tank, must have gotten beat up and flew the coupe. His fins are a little tattered and his scales a little messed up. Overall I think he's gong to make it. Time to go to the fish store and get some salt!!!
Good news! I hope he makes it, sounds like he will. I lost one that way. You did the right things, and you must have a good, strong one. How is he now?
He's doing ok. I saw him sulking alot at the bottom of the tank so I put him back in the pen with the Air bubbles under it. Looks like he's going to sulk for a while. I guess I just have to wait and see what happens. Very upsetting considering I had been watching this guy at the LFS for 3 weeks before I finally bought him. I even brought him home early because he was getting beat up at the store.

He was about 4 inches when this happened. Anyhow, he made it and is eating like a monster. Made him really appreciate life. He now stalks his pellets and FD foods as well, very cute watching him learn to hunt.
