i got it from paddock farm water gardens near croft racing cicuit in darlington.
dave sharptooth has gallons of the stuff in his wet and dry he put me onto it.

What media are you using Dan?

I've found the best setup in canisters is ceramic rings in the bottom (ehfimech), then good bio media, ehfisubstrat and lava rock, then a sponge, then a pretty decent amount of filter floss/polywool.

I got bio balls in my top tray and alfagrog in my second tray and filter floss on my bottom
