thats ok, in id, we cant import venomous snakes or crocodilians of any kind, no exceptions

but we can keep any species of snake found in idaho with only a valid hunting license, that seems pretty amazing to me, i dont know why

in md we can keep anything as long as its not native to maryland without a permit........they are both the same size and its an 8ft by 3ft cage considering they are both under a foot right now i'm hoping they will be ok for awhile.....the gator seems to stay on land while the croc stays in the water so we'll see what happens.......is an american alligator worth some money or does anyone kno a breeder that would buy him.....dont want to sell him to someone who doesnt kno what they are doing and wind up losing a finger at my account

You could try kingsnake.com, But I really doubt you'll get much for a baby gator. Small ones like that can be bought for about $75 shipped.
