Ok, I got a HP Pavilion dv4270us Notebook PC for my cousin.

I have everything I need, EXCEPT, he wants a Chinese version of the Windows XP because he does not know English.

I tried to convince him to just stick with the English because that'd help him learn faster, but he won't listen to me.

So, WHERE THE HELL do I find one??!!

control panel -> reginal and laguage -> regional option -> change English (US) to chinese

also change


control panel -> reginal and laguage -> advaced -> chinese

The laptop already has the Windows XP Home factory installed.

So does that mean I can modify the computer through the above procedures to change the computer into Chinese?

In case this gets a little confusing, here's what my cousin wants:

EVERYTHING in Chinese. Not just simply have the computer be able to display/read Chinese characters but also typing in Chinese, the Start button in Chinese, the Control Panel in Chinese, the Download button in Chinese, etc you get the idea.
