need some advice/help...

right, well this is a council house so i have no option to leave.
i have had environmental health constantly round the house because they deemed it unsafe to live in a few months back and he had to fix things. so i said to him that as i was on holiday for 3 weeks he could go in and fix it all while i was away.
he knows it is illegal, and i have told the council who have warned him numerous amounts of time, but he wont listen.
he sees it as his property and he will do as he likes.

all snakes r legal here unless they r venemous.
all snakes r in locked vivs, which i have now started carrying the keys with me instead of leaving them on the shelf.
someone mentioned the nannycam idea to me a few days ago and think im guna attempt that then change the locks.

was just curious at the weather ppl thought it was BS or not and if not what could he possibly be doing to wind the snake up that much??!!!

If he's getting the snakes wound up, its probably from banging on the glass like some idiot. If he does that he deserves to get bit.

You don't have any friends that are policemen, by any chance? You could always ask one to come over and hang out, and then make an obvious show of leaving, to see if he takes the bait and comes over. I'm sure if he walked in illegally and a police officer caught him, he'd think twice about ever doing it again, especially if he gets arrested for it.

yea well hes in a dodgy situation with the police as it is.
we dont get on, infact he scares me and at night he scares ellie. he makes so much noise banging around that she thinks its a monster.,..so now its just 'derrick the monster'

hhmmmm i do know a policeman through a friend, il see if i cant talk to him. also know some pretty big scary guys, il get them round too lol.

oh and yes, im not allowed 'pets' but we came to a written agreement which is in the contract that i can keep reps.

so im not doing anything wrong my side.

I would look into having a camera installed that records to your computer, or to a dvd. that way if it happens again, you have video evidence that he's entering your apartment illegally. Then talk to your friends policemen friend and see what options you have. If you have it on video, then you might be able to get him arrested for trespassing.

The only problem is that the more trouble you make for him, the more trouble he'll likely make for you.

The least confrontational option would probably be to install a camera, and then change the locks, if you're allowed to (and maybe even if you aren't). If you can go before the council and say that you don't feel safe and that he's a threat, and show video of him entering without permission, I'm sure they'd at least let you change the locks on your doors to ones he doesn't have the keys to.

the council have been made aware and they have told him that what he is doing is classed as harrassment, as he comes round and around 9-10pm most evening threatening to evict me because hes drunk.

i think im guna just change the locks and tell him that i did it because of the door keep being found open.
a few weeks ago he called me to say that my front door had been left wide open, got there and finally got it down to, it hadnt been wide open, it had infact been shut but ig u pushed the handle down and pulled the door, it would open (now it has NEVER done that for me. it only does it when u undo the lock with the key).
so he asked me whoelse had i given a key too, and i havnt. but then i said, "hang on, u had to have an extra key cut for me when i first moved in because u had given 8 keys out to people who were doing work on the house"
he never got those keys back. but i dont think it was anyone, just him and he had forgotten to lock the door on his way out.
so i think thats guna b a good reason to get the locks changed.
