Well this question doesnt exactly revolve around the polypterus. neways here it goes. I have a 24 inch x 12 inch x 12 inch around 20 gal tank. (ps i know its small , loads of ppl already flamed me on this pls dont repeat again. i have a 6.5 ft deep n 10 feet wide pond, which currently holds my recent tank inhabitants , the 2 10 inch Tiger snakeheads.) well ryt now the tank has

1 = 4.5 inch Senegalus
1 = 5.5 inch Delhezi
1 = 2.5 inch Yabbie Lobster
1 = 4 inch Tiger Oscar

the tank setup is really simple. a big barrel for the oscar/ sumtimes the lobster

a rock slab against the back for the del or oscar. 3 pvc pipes for the del , sen n lobster. n some kelp type plants n hydrilla types. n i feed em Anchovies / Tuna Chunks. I dont feed daily. i skip one day.

i was thinking of adding another tankmate. but its a tough decision cos i dont know wots a good tank mate for the Oscar n Polypterus.

Ive set my eyes on the followin pls tell me wots the best one.

Black Ghost Knife ( My Fav )
Sizes = 3in , 6in

Royal Knife Fish
Sizes = 6.5in

Fresh Water Gar
Sizes = 5in

Fire Eel
Sizes = 5in

Loach
Sizes = 5in
Note : if this the wrong section then pls dont delete my thread but direct me to the right place. n pls help on this matter. thank you.

what? take an extra three seconds to spell out your words and you might get more help on your questions. . . . because people will actually be able to understand you. :)

We have all been there so i'm not going to flame, but do not add anything else. Every fish in there is going to outgrow that tank...quickly. Along the lines of a matter of months. Don't waste your time.

Grow out your current fish, you are most likely gonna run into aggression issues anyways. It makes no sense to cram so many aggro animals into one tiny box.
