need some help on a fast acrylic scratch removal

one last question, do i want to manually sand the scratch with the 1500+ grit paper or do i use the car buffer?
definitely sand it by hand. i would use a sanding block and make sure you sand a big area, not just the scratch itself. your removing acrylic in the process, so you want to spread this over a larger area and not just one little spot

Thanks, thats what i figured, but i thought i would double check. i will keep you guys updated.
