need some help with ID please!!

No I knew that was not a possibility..but i need to try some bettter pictures before i give up and think it is just a hybrid.........thanks
 
Given the pictures available, I don't think anyone can tell what species we're looking at and there is no evidence (yet) that it's a hybrid. If/when we get better pictures and nobody comes up with a reasonable ID then the hybrid argument might be reasonable. But until then let's not jump on the hybrid bandwagon.

That reminds me of an old George Carlin skit about dogs.

Now my favorite dog that I ever had in my whole lifetime was Tippy. Tippy was a good dog. Some of you remember I've talked about Tippy. Tippy was a good dog. Tippy was a mixed terrier. You know that word mixed...that the veterinarian puts on the form...when even he don't know what the %$#@ you got. You bring in a little mixed puppy to a veterinarian and say, "What is it?" He'll say, "Well, it's definitely not a monkey. Tippy was actually part dodge dart.

Good One and thank you... i just tried to get a few new pics but tonight he is skiddish and in hiding..so of course i have tons of pictures of everyone else,lol.. but i will keep trying until i get really good clear shots.. but very soon...
 
While i am waiting for a good picture of him can anyone ID this guy? he has matured into a really blue stripe color...
 
I thought so ..but now i am happy to hear it is ... he has matured into a very striking fish, does anyone know if the female looks like him.. i quess i will go look it up because maybe if i am lucky i have a female..thank you... your great!
