So I'm just going to restock all my tanks and try breeding again. I'm going to get rid of all my fish and restock my tanks. I have a 55gal,10gal, and 5.5gal. What should I get in them? I want a good beginner breeding fish.

My advice is the same as the last time you posted a thread like this. Start with a fish you can properly care for and home first off. Get rid of the 5 gallon or display a betta in it. Start with something easy and get something you can care for properly. Provide them with the right conditions and they will breed.

I'm thinking about doing the 55gal as a shrimp of crayfish colony, temporarily until it ,makes enough money to buy another tank. Would this work? What species would you suggest?

A 55 would be an awesome shrimp tank. Get a decent group of crystal reds off aquabid if you want fancy shrimp or get some cheaper cherry reds. A planted 55 full of shrimp and livebearers would be sweet.

I'd plant the 55g, fill it full of guppies, and let them breed until you have some cool mixes or a tank full of feeders.

I'm thinking Shrimp because they don't produce a lot of waste. Could i house guppies and shrimp together? How many of each fish to start a colony? What plants are good? What shrimp? I wouldn't want to really put that much money into this.
