Need some help

Hey guys and gals. I got a nice tank today. About 400liters. I just would like some advice on which nice South American cichlids i could put in it? I want something big and aggressibe.
Also,I'm in South Africa and was wonderimg from where i could order fish?

Hendre is from S. Africa.

400L is about 100 gallons, so you can only go so big. What are the dimensions of your tank?

Not much big stuff you can keep in there. Best bet is trying to order from an lfs, where are ya based?

Not many of those are available really apart from the bread and butter fish. Acaras are nice to look at and play nice, they are available around
