Ok I hate these threads but I need help on my stocking options for my big tank. I was looking for Pbass. Well I still am but I'm impatiant. and I need to continue my search. i hae some guidelines for my stocking that are as follows.
* Must cohab with current fish being...
1-28" silver aro
1-32" niger cat
1-24" RTCxTSN
1-12" marble cat
1-13" flagtail
* New fish must be able to reach at LEAST 18" full grown but 2' at least is better.
* Must NOT reach over 40" full grown.
* CANNOT be another catfish. or plecos. or rays. the bottom level is stocked.
* Needs to have good color. But not if it's more rare.
* CANNOT be something common like clown knives. (or any knife.)
* No chiclids.
* And diet must be mainly meaty.
Now I know that this is narrowing the feild down but I have been racking my brain trying to think of what I want and I WANT PBass but I am having trouble finding them over 10" (fish must be over 10" so I don't have to worry as much about the hybrid cat eating it). And I am in need of something within 1 month. I have been put on a deadline If I do not find a new fish/s within 1 month I am not getting any and with my son being born in april I'm unsure when I will be able to get any more fish after he's been born.
fish I have allready considered....
* armatus (trouble finding them over10" that don't need to be shipped cross country)
* Lungfish (not many species I like)
* Color morph cats ( can't seem to find any I like LTSNs just don't cut it)
* More BIG silvers 26"+ (would be considered but must be local)
* Wolf fish (don't seem to active for the price)
* Datnoids (would consider them at 8" but HARD to find)
This is where I need your help. What else is left? I can get tropical gars and possibly a cuban but Not sure that's the way I want to go. I'm just worried I've put myself into a hole with the restictions I have put on this tank.
Can someone help? I know at least I hate these threads but I have looked and looked but I can't seem to find anything interesting. the list of things I want is a good list but finding them is the hard thing. I have cash in hand and am ready to buy whenever something comes up but so far I haven't even had a bite on my WTB: Pbass thread. and didn't have really any good possiblities come out of my other WTB thread.
SO plz what's left? Or who knows where I can get something from my list? I.E. Dats, Pbass, big slivers..........

Boy, that's a toughy... Not leaving yourself with too many options and a short amount of time to find a good sized fish...
