the 29 is not going to be large enough for 4 senegals also if your adding in more fish I suggest upgrading your filtration. What are you going to do with the other fish if you get more bichirs though?! Where did you put your puffer?!

im pretty sure if you want to keep the sengal then it is the only thing you could have in a 29

Stick with your ram and get it a mate or just do small schooling fish, trade in all the rest. I can't see even one bichir living happily in a 29 even by it's self when full grown, once you have a bigger tank, filter etc. then think about doing a bichir tank but till then work with what you can house properly and not what you want to get.
