need some neutral advice about buying housing

That would be great if I move... Its a buyers market here as well but that 3 bedroom 1500 square foot house is 200k+ here. Even in the worst part of the county condos start at 100k

Yeah,I know. Location,location,location...........

Low ball the one you want,and keep looking. Even in a buyers market,it can take some time before you find the right one.

Well I don't know too much about this but look into foreclosed homes. I think the banks own them and you might have to go to an auction but I have heard of people getting killer deals
