That looks easier than my plexi/silicone thing, I'll try it.

Yea, that is a picture I found when I was looking for something that described what I was suggesting.

That is pretty much the exact setup I would do if I had an American.

if 10 gal to small and since your only holding him for winter get a large plastic bin at walmart, etc easy to clean and indestructable this type is 36 inches long only cost like $6. Granted these arent amphibians lol but you what I mean

I may, if I see one when I go out.
The only ones I've seen at my walmart were nasty, they had something like a mixture of vaseline and wax in them smeared around :yuck:

How far is Hampton from college park?

Oh that is nasty . when I lived in NY the walmart there had limited bin selection imagine your case also.

Here they carry huge selection all sizes and all clean

No clue.. I know Maryland is about 2 hours away.
I'll check it out as soon as I'm done washing frog juice off my hands..

Ok. Nvm then, because that means I am at least 3 hours away. I was going to say, I may have a 30 gallon tank for you if you wanted to swing by, but its not worth it. You would pay more in gas then what the tank is worth.

From Hampton to my house:
Total Estimated Time: 3 hours 34 minutes
Total Estimated Distance: 199.08 miles

Not worth it, sorry :(

Yep, with gas these days I'd pay pet store price for it anyway.

I'll check out craigslist.com, I see free/cheap tanks there a lot.

Ok, good luck! =)

you know, you could always go big. Buy an above ground pool from walmart/target, and throw a good two dozen bullfrogs into it in your basement....
