well i will def try to find some aragonite black sand but if not at least I will be able to use it that was my main concern... I want to have the tank look as contemporary as possible...that will put my wife at ease lol.

Another thing that could work to balance the pH is having a reasonable amount of the aragonite sand or crushed coral in part of a sump. Figured I should mention that in case you do decide to add a sump.

Yeah I wont be doing a sump any time soon nut thanks.
