Shovelnoses even at small sizes are very adapt predators, if it will fit into their mouth...and youd be suprised what can it will be eaten. But anyway Id probably add some oscars, theyre large and would do well with your other fish. Maybe add another bichir or two, clown knife, maybe a spotted gar or two. What you want is large bodied fish that arnt to rough natured expecially if your going to have an aro, that cant be eaten by the TSN. Rays IMO are more of a species only fish, and they dont do well with gravel as you have there...they do best on a fine grain sand
