Need some urgent help

If it's just the tank and not the stand that moves, the stand was built with a crooked beam of wood supporting the tank. The tank weighs over 400lbs when full so, it shouldn't move at all. If you get the chance, you could put a thin sheet of styrofoam or carpet padding between the tank and stand. This way the tank will find its' own level position and you'll reduce any uneven stress points that can lead to the tank cracking or busting a seal.
 
and if i notice the stand moves than what?
 
If the tank and stand move, go to my first suggestion and level the whole thing. The end result should be no wobble from either the tank-and-stand, the stand, or the tank.
 
Ok I got the tank 100% lvled and when i shake the tank a bit i barely notice anything till i look at the water and it is slightly moving from me shaking the tank. The depth part is perfectly lvl; if i put it long ways it is inbetween the black lines on the lvl but not 100%. Where can i put shims to lvl that part? Is this barely visible water movement possibly due to the tank being on carpet; does it need a day or two to sit to set in the carpet? And now that I have it down to a slight water movement when i shake the tank;should I be ok?

If everything is perfectly lvling and doesn't move on a slight touch or bump I should be fine right? Only shakes a little if you shake it.( not to hard of course im not crazy)
 
I wouldnt go as far as checking how level your floors are. I mean sure, that is always a possibility, but most likely, not the issue. Water moves, it is a liquid, and when confined, the movement is more noticable. If your stand is sturdy, and not wobbling around ( as you said), and it is only your tank, it may be something as simple as the stand you have (is it a solid body, or is it more along the lines of a decorative metal stand?) I say this because even if you have a "sturdy" stand, when you add that much weight, and height to it, of a liquid body, some movement is expected. It's not that anything is un-level, though that's not impossible. As long as your water levels are not noticably un-even (higher to one side), I wouln't worry too much about it. And if it really bothers you, you might want to invest in a solid body wood stand, or another stand with a solid, wide base.
