Rotors are the shiny circles behind the rim that the brake pads squeeze to stop the car, and calipers are the housing around the rotor that hold the break pads and apply the pressure to the pads and make them squeeze the rotor! (Hope that's clearer!) You can only barely see the rear caliper in that picture, through the spokes of the rim.
