You are going to be hard pressed to do a nem under CFL's...just throwing that out there. I am just starting to explore CFL lighting, and I think we could do some softies, but at this time Im not promising anything more.
Get yours from a hardware store...much cheaper, but no atinic light. Just check the side to make sure that they are the 6500k ones otherwise they will be super yellow. The 65 actually is pretty blue. At least the ones I am using on my planted tank are.

im not gonna dare to try any other nems in my tanks without some serious lighting.
