Suggest me,
I wanna know how much big tank i need to take for the following fish.
i have
2 Pacu,2 Oscars,1 GT, 2 Tinfoil Barbs.( all around 3.5 to 4 inches)
All are in a 50 gal now. and it needs regular cleaning.
Im new to fishkeeping and im about to buy a new tank in a few days.

I might end up keeping only cichlids.

If you lose the Pacu, you could keep them in a 125/135 gallon tank. If you're going to get a 6' tank though, I'd recommend going to a 6' x 2' footprint...like a 180/220 gallon.

Btw, wecome to MFK. What is Mysore (your location)?

I would lose the Pacu unless you plan on digging a pond/lake on your property or have a spare swimming pooling laying around<<<< I WISH I DID

For the rest i would go 180 with maybe a couple more barbs or other large dithers.

LIKE I SAID IN YOUR OTHER THREAD... IF YOU POST MULTIPLE THREADS ABOUT THE SAME TOPIC MODS WILL DELETE.

And i really wanna know how can i keep my present 50 gal clean or my future bigger tank, for how many days i need to siphon/clean the tank? i dont know anything about these filters and stuff. I currently have put some kinda internal power Filter(Some china made,i Guess) which creates hell lot of current which i dont like.

What kinda filter do i need to go for?
The fishes are mainly Cichlids.and a few barbs if possible.

yea, pacu grow on ya.. unfortunately they are TRUE monsters and never stop growing. look up Pacu Mom, check out the tank she is building for her Pacu.

If you want something similar that gets a manageable size and is more aggressive why not get some piranha? I wouldn't keep them with the cichlids still but if you are looking for something more manageable in size you could do this. depending on the legality of them in India.
