Maybe. With tanks that size it's usually a gamble.
In small spaces sometimes cichlids will get nasty towards other similar looking fish Co-species aggression something like that. Perhaps some smaller peaceful cichlids "might" work with it. You could also add some cory cats maybe a dwarf pleco or two. You could possibly go live bearers as well. Mollies, Platys, Swordtails, Endlers, Guppies- they all give live birth and reproduce often enough that you won't need to shop for replacements.
