In your tank, i'd suggest not to overfeed, use a syphon to pick out odd bits of food, and do more frequent water changes and let less light hit the tank. And invest in a good algae scraper.

I allready do all tha but i cant clean sertain corners do to aggressive breeding pair of jags and an asian red tail catfish

i have a chcolet pleco i picked up at bout 2 1/2 " he's in a 200gal. with spongebob my fire O and they push each other around like a big game. my choc. is now 14". i also have a rino and two BN's in the same tank and wanting more

Ancistrus sp. are the some of the best as far as algae removal is concerned.

I have seen a couple different posts about these guys and have been thinking of getting one to control a brown algea problem I have. Will these guys eat algea off the glass as well as the bottom, and are they available in the san diego area (never seen one)???
