You might try this depending on how tall your stand is. Get some 4x4's hopefully 4 of them at least the depth of the tank and place the tank on top of that while you tighten all the fitting and such. then you would have at least two people to support the tank then you would pull the 4x4's out and let the tank slowly down over the cut-outs for the plumbing. You should really get some hand suction cups so you can move the tank around easier and trust me, you will use them more than once. If there is a local club you might ask them if you can either rent them or borrow them. I got mine from
