Medicate the whole tank, I think that would be easiest, less stressful varient, especially if you've never "tweezed" them out before.

Mike just PMed me, you definitely need to medicate the tank and from what I have read Anchor away would be ray safe.

You got a turkey baster to work? I tried a syringe without a needle and placed it over the fish lice and pulled the plunger. It would not pull them off. So I went back to tweezers. I had a ray come in with almost 20 lice on its back and belly. I had to lift it out of the water by its tail to get the belly lice. I use a thick rubber glove of course.

That is really creative; if I ever get fish lice I will try that, for sure! Good advice, as far as I can tell. Thanks for posting it!
