thanks for the advice guys i think there was something stuck in between the key but it was too small for me to see it? my laptop is too heavy for me to lift so i managed to tip it sideways then i heard something slide across the lappy and fall out. i looked around but couldn't see anything and now the key is working again so im happy

and NO IT WASNT BACON!

Glad you got it working.
I might suggest just simply blowing at a 45%-80% angle towards the side of the key.


Removing keys isn't simple for everyone, and reinstalling a new keyboard definitely isn't something someone can solve by themselves the first time.

However, if it fully breaks you can normally find videos on youtube on how to take it apart, and then they keyboard normally on ebay. However if you cant pick it up, maybe its a bit old? so it might actually be hard, anyways. Worst comes to worse, 25$ USB keyboard.
