Weight distribution shouldnt' be a problem. I'd be tempted to make the largest wall thicker than 3/4", or else run external framing with dimensional lumber to combat the bowing. I would not use Oak plywood, mainly because it's so damn expensive, and it's only oak veneer usually. You could use 3 times as much exterior grade ply for the same price.
