Need to pick a keeper...help

I've been going back and forth with which one of these guys I'm getting rid of. Similar personalities and temperament. I had my mind made up but I'm not sure now. If you don't mind, let me know which one you would keep and why. One of them is going this weekend!!

I'd would keep #2, just because it has a straighter flower line.

I like 1 slightly better, but they are so close. The head on 2 looks sloped a little steep for my tastes, I prefer the more sleek looking head on 1. It could be the angle though.

The first one has better "spots" on the body - I for one like smaller spots on Trimacs. He also looks chunkier to me.
The second one seems to have better finnage at the moment, and its only going to get better. The pic. also shows him having well-defined shape, if that makes any sense at all.
I would definitely choose # 2.

Like the flowers on #2 more while the head shape of #1 is better but like lostnight says it could just be because of the angle.


If it was me I would raise them up some more before making a final decision, a few more inches can make a lot of difference.

#2 has nicer spots but I like the eye spot on #1 better and he also looks meatier than #2. Tough choice, 2 is a great looking fish but I like 1 better personally.
