i had some uaru a's that i had a fin rot problem with that is how i found the site.

thay have since been traded i change fish like most people change underware

i had mine for many months and actualy sold them at the weekend i got them at 5'' and grew them onto around 8''.
anyway back to info.
i kept mine with RTG aro and ray,dat and uaru amp although they were big enough to handle themselves and i would not recommend it if they are really small.
mine fed on the odd pellet but mainly lots of good quality flake food and my bogwood and fed them once a day.
i kept them at around 82degs in a ph of 7.2 with weekly 50% waterchanges and lots of filtration as good water quality is a must.
good luck with themand once they get settled you can relax a bit and they can be quite hardy fish when they get bigger.
