just a little update... Its not looking good... I feel really bad every time I see him... But Im going to give hime a few more days to see how he does after the treatment... If he does recover will his face be deformed? or will it heal back to normal?

You should really think about putting him down.. You can keep up with the treatment, but I think it would be a futile attempt seeing is that the disease has progressed during treatment instead of digressing. The choice is yours.
 
Sorry bro, but at this point the chances of recovery are slim to none.
 
As a last ditch attempt take it out and hold it while pouring peroxide directly over the area and let it foam up good. About 30 secs then pat dry with a cotton ball and paint the area with Iodine and put it back in clean water. Continue to treat with meds as you were directed. Even if the fish makes it which is doubtful at this point it will most likly be blind in that eye.
 
What Tom suggested is definitely worth a shot, just make sure not to get either solution in/on his gills.

Do you mean hydrogen peroxide? And I will give this a try... I just want to give this guy a chance. Its hard growing out gt's to his size and im really attached to him....
