he came from a pet store community tank and was doing fine for weeks... i know they get aggressive as they get older but i'll see if it can work... thanks for the head up and responses guys!! much appreciated

84 degrees. I do 50% water change once a week and the temp drops to 72 when I change it, then goes back up to 84 the next day. I don't mess with the ph. Probably 7.6ish

A rtc is a very awful suggestion seeing as they get 3-4' in aquarium. Lima 11-13" and they eat everything on the bottom.

It likes to hang downward with its tail resting on something. Mine liked plants, real or fake!

leaning towards the lima more and more everyday.

what do you guys think about the Achara Catfish as a tankmate? i havent been able to find one but i have researched it.

If I had the space, I would get a tiger shuvelnose red tail catfish because there mouth isn't as big as a regular red tail and because the are a lot nicer
