Needed help for me stingray sickness

hah... thanks mate...

sebarau... i couldn't find any prazi here... even with droncit i couldn't any too.. so im on levamisole hy. 1000mg for my 90g tank... treated on wednesday... thursday i change 90% of my water and wash all of my filters.. then put heater on... 30c. then now seems to be like normal and active.. hope it will improve again for then next few days...

im trying to look for earth worms now.. but im not so comfortable with them... hehehe.... all i got is only kompon in sarawak.. .can they be use?

bro do you mean feeders is expensive? i get it at a very good price... live krill at RM25/KG... which i can feed for a long long time....

tried others like mp and squid but it wont work... will try fish fillet soon...

my filter is alright... but its an outdoor aquarium in my patio... so it is exposed to sunlight.... and without any pleco inside.. my aquarium is full of algae... so need to change very often... trying to get my lfs to bring in bushy nosed for me... but still waiting...

in my place water is still considered cheap.. but the problem is only excessive of chlorines... so i have a group of sensitive carps.. what im going to do is change the other aquarium... then when the fish is stable after i change (to make sure my water parameters is right) then i pump it into my rays tank.... its a double job.. but it is still enjoyable as i love fish as much as i love sex.. hahahaha....

agree with the above..she's looks healthy, but underfed. kompon is brackish type of worm, overe here in semenanjung we call them umpun. i fed to my ray before, and they love it..but too expensive to be a daily diet. you try with what ever that the ray takes for 1-2 moth. get it fat, and the train it to take what ever you want it to take..

sebarau, do you think the feeder prawn is a good diet?

will try to feed him earth worms when my other rays arrive.. i think with few other inmates will increase their appetite... will wait until next week then i do another treatment.... just after i done the treatment with levamisole hydrochloride then it starts to feeds again... so everyday im monitoring his condition... hope after 2nd treatment things will get better... :)

sebarau.. what do you feed your rays?

yea... she looks healthy now.. and started to move more and more.... after my 1st treatment with internal parasites....

i seldom see his poo.. the last time was round... never seen any of his poo this few day... all this while seldom see his poo also... but for his late gf... i saw most of the time... why is this happening?
 
feeder prawn not as nutritios as earth worm. but you can freeze the feeder prawn and give to the ray, and in 2-3 weeks, you can change it to market prawn.

i feed my ray exculsively on squid(sotong) and some time fish cut such as bilis or tamban. for small ray, it is either earth worm or MP or sotong.

well ill just add my 2 cents, we purchased a group of 4 rays back in december 2009 3 took off and 1 has a stunted growth, i had to pull her out of the tank and give her her own just becuase the other 3 pigs bullied the tank, ever since she has had her own tank shes doing extreamly well seems to be super healthy and happy its almost like shes a toy or miniture motoro ray! she really doesnt grow but then again i see her every day (but shes definatly not as big as the others) purchased them all together at the same time as pups, so if yours is healthy and happy be cautious with adding chemicals and doing trial and error things, best of luck with your little guy!
