Now i dont have pictures...but does anyone have any idea what it might be?

Xenentodon canaila?

:grinyes:

Xenentodon cancila. It's better kept in brackish conditions and can get up to a foot in length, which isn't that much considering it's so long and slender.
They are spookish though and can easily injure themselves ramming into the sides of the tank or decor.

I just looked up pics of Xenentodon cancila, and i think thats what i have.

Is there anything i should know about them?

thier delicate, and injuring their beak/nose can be the downfall of one. i never raised one though, so hopefully someone on here that has posts. Also as stated above, live food is a must.

Okay, well i bought minnows for them to eat.

I'm not 100% sure if they are necessarily brackish though, but when I had a couple I couldn't get them off live food. Pretty cool fish, somewhat delicate physically, so make sure you don't spook them or they could injure themselves running into the sides of the tank.
