How about instead of showing your faux awesomeness by tearing apart their grammar you try a new approach... it's pretty crazy... it's called... helping.

Since they're Neolamprologus sp. (from lake tanganyika) you will be able to keep them from neutral to extremely hard water. Ideal pH for breeding Tanganyikan is 8.5-9.0. I don't like buffers, but SeaChem's Tanganyika Buffer is a very good way to get your pH to those levels. Normally I'd just recommend natural ways to buffer your pH, but that is an extremely high goal to be achieved with crushed coral or calcium based rocks.
^^ sounds good listen to him lol

Maybe you'll leave the hobby. Then we'll have less judgemental snobs and more people who like to help.

I don't think you should get out of the hobby, my point is that he is coming for help... trying to fix his mistakes. No need to point out grammatical errors and chastise him. I'll leave that to his parents.

This is why so many people choose AC over MFK because AC is a community of people who like to help newcomers to the hobby and get them on the right track. MFK is full of people that things this place is where they can show off their superior knowledge and dominance by critiquing other people.

its no problem bottomfeeder you were just looking out for a member

It's expected that you research and make an informed purchase. Not having exercised that option, a secondary expectation would be that you look into the fish on your own before seeking others' opinions. For example, you don't go into a doctor's office saying "Doc, my dong turned green- what do I do?" You probably look into the matter on webMD first.
