My father thought about doing that with a 90 gal, Heavily planting it and getting 10 or so schools of different SA tetras.

Neon tetras, Tiger barbs, Cardinal tetras, YES...........When I cycled my 180, I filled it with 60 Cardinal Tetra and 40 Tiger Barb..............Go one step, and fill the 55g with two dozen Buck-Toothed Tetra.........
Ive done 60 neon tetras in a 40g breeder, but I gave them away because I was turning it into a grow out tank. Where I live I can buy neon tetras and small tiger barbs for a dollar each 
wow thats a low price!!.........haha do you know of a website that I can buy them in bulk because there like 3 bucks a fish at my lfs
