Ok, so this is basically part II of the sickly moss ball.
Nephew appears to have peed in the nano tank with the moss ball.
So the question is: Will a pee burned moss ball survive? It is olive/grey in color now, but it doesn't smell like it's rotting, and the texture is the same as a healthy one. Do I have any hope???? (water has been changed a few times, moss ball washed in water, rung out, etc.)
***How did this happen, you ask?***
You see, I explained the wonders of fish poo in feeding my aquatic plants in the 20 gal. Nephew astutely determined that fish poo is really fish poo and "pee" all in one, as with birds.
The nano tank is in my bathroom on the counter next to the bathtub, and he knew there were no fish making poo and pee to feed the moss, so he "fed" it.
