net piranhas?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
nets are cheap and easy. if they bite holes in them just get a new one afterwards. Personally Mine didnt bite the net at all. Maybe because I used a 8 inche net on a five inch fish and he felt well supported, he just laid in there and then i dropped him in a bucket

:ROFL: so he just laid there and took it

If you are quick enough you can just grab them

hey its nowhere near as bad as catching a 18" pacu by hand, tho a bit more risky I guess

just use a wet/dry vacuum to suck up the fish :D

omg i hated catching a pair of 20 inchers... we had to wrap towels around their tails and just hoist them out..

as for the Ps when i moved my 6-7 inchers i used a metal minnow trap as my net.. they flopped around a ton so when lifting out of the water do it quick or youll get water everywhere... successfully moved 6 Ps no problem.. well besides the wet floor..

When I was a teenager I tried that method on a 3 inch rhom, got my hand around his body and faster then lightnng he swung around and bit the hand. Nothing bad just a small nik but I never tried grabbing him again.

Yeah man use a big ass over sized net.

I used plastic pasta strainers. coax the fish into them with your net, then put a wet towel over the strainer so they don't jump out.

i scoop my up on there sides with the nets kinda get them long ways works for me and mine are 7-9 inches
