Hither and Yon
So I had this pair of full red cockatoo apisto's and a pair of german blue rams in a 29 gallon in the bedroom (no aggression problems, and they were actually taking turns breeding).

One day my BF decides to start complaining that "the water is too noisy" when really it wasnt that bad as long as I kept the waterline all the way up to the lip of the filter.

Anyway we argued about it on and off for about a week but I held my ground that
"they were staying right were they were, the noise wasnt that bad,and that he was pretty much "trippen hard core" if he thought I was gonna put my tank downstairs with the rest of his."

I came home from work the next day and saw my last cockatoo being swallowed by the FH thats greets you at the entry.:WHOA:

I never tried to set up my 29 in the bedroom again.:(

you:"Yes babe .. :) It really is good fish isn't it :D"

your Bf:" Babe what happened to my FH?? :("

You:" Nice of you to mix my Dwarfs with your FH :) So I mixed your Fh with your mouth :) See I'm ]\/[onster too :D "

wow...

The fish paid the ultimate price because your bf whines because of some water noise. I happen to think its relaxing.

I agree. I love the noise of my tank in our bedroom...very relaxing.

That sucks though. A RTC would be one hell of a way to pay him back...or maybe a gulper cat. :D

:iagree:

Go gulper if ya go the cash.

If not toss a rtc or somefish to terrorize him. 10 exodons. lol.

screw a rtc. dump in a thing of windex. its much cheaper, and he can't blame you because he has no proof.

sorry about your dwarves. my female cockatoo some how ended up on the jewel cichlid-side of the divider tonight, but after some searching, i found her hiding behind a plant in the back corner, unscathed. thank god.
