I would think that if a snapper got a hold of someone's lip there would be a lot more graphic damage than a little swelling.

There's no way that's the same dude. He would have no lip and/or he would need stitches. A snapping turtle bite (especially from one that size) is no joke. His lip would look a lot more jacked than just a little swelling.
