NEVER RUN OVER A CAMEL

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
who me? I have dual citizenship, but I'm a US citizen. The place reeks of everyone's piss from all the hamam's. It has a wonderful 3rd world country stench, ick. The rain, one day a year, was pretty bad. May the fleas of 1000 camels infest your armpits!

No not army brat, OIL BRAT, no I'm not Muslim, yes if females didn't dress to cover our skin then we we're fair game for public lashing, but the trick was simple, never leave the compound alone as a female. As far as religion, when I was there, there were still human hands hanging on the fence to the compound that used to belong to thieves. Possesion of pork, a Christian Bible, drugs, porn, explosives (AKA cool ass fireworks smuggled in my brother's suitcase from the 4th of July in the USA) It's sad now, the war. I can't even go back to where I grew up or probably never could get a visa as a female alone I am banished from The Royal Kingdom forever. Ahhhh Bummer.

My Dad was a geologist for oil in Saudi , b4 that my Grandpa was. By the time Dad went to Arabia Grandpa had a game farm in Kenya.

The United States are beautiful but lack adventure but I'll take peace anyday, but I miss the wild days. Once we drove from Rotterdam to Dhahran in a new Blazer , 7,500 miles. Wow, what an adventure. I love my memories in spite of the Gulf War changing my entire life as I know it! I remember the air raid sirens and hiding in bomb shelters when I was a kid.

Best Part of ARABIA: The day my brother and I went to the Damam camel market and suprised Dad with a pet of honor. A stinky, puking, hissing, spitting, meanest ass camel on earth. I think the house boy ate it or something, I KNOW he ate my chickens, Yellow and Jello.

lol. Wow! Sounds like you've had quite a life! OK, so I was wrong.. That's not bad considering it's the first time in my 29 years of being alive.;)

That is quite interesting. What is your opinion on the culture of American compared? Do you even enjoy Americans, having been raised up around muslims?

It's just different. I was raised in an international/arabic school with kids from all over the world. No one nationality or religion affected us mush as kids. It was life to trip over dead people, and to have people dying holding out their hand begging, because I was American, I did not suffer that fate. I still had no rights to drive or go anywhere alone, It's simply a matter of being born lucky. Americans who have never lived the hardships of these war torn 3rd world countries cannot begin to fathom the terror, the unjust law, the pain, the plight of these people. I am adjusted to living here now, but the nightmares will always be there. I fell that Americans are so blessed and others just never get a break. Their mission is they're very foundation of belief, Allah, we believe differently here, until we can agree on those terms I don't see a peaceful end to the war. I'm not saying one is right or wrong, it's just the way it is.

He ate your chickens? Don't camels eat cactuses and stuff?
