NEVER trust an endli

mine pays no attention to any pellets I have put in, ignores shrimp and tilapia..even my own home brew beef heart that everyone loves he turned his nose up at..only thing he will eat besides feeders is blood worms but he only picks at them :s

hmm thats weird. all of the polys iv kept eat anything.

Having some new fish coming in soon, and hopefully my bigger endli doesn't try anything he will regret! Sorry about the gar....

But yeah, my foot long endli tries eating my 8"ers whenever my smaller ones come near him....IDK why but that thing is one mean poly...

Just dont do what I did and you will be ok I think....... thanks i think the gar is going to be ok. Endli can be anoying sometimes. they try to eat everything.

i had a short body endli ate my cuvieri of the same size i guess endli like long things

Damn this sucks for you. Take it as a live and learn lesson. At least it was not a super expensive fish if it makes you feel any better.

I had a 2" Endli eat another 2" Endli, also had another around 4-5" choke on a small white rock that looked like a piece shrimp... No more rocks in my tanks....

All of my polys eat pellets....i have 2, 15-16'' endli w/ 15, 6-9'' endli...so far so good....they've been in the same tank for a good 3 months now
