well I didn't cut all the wood the same day nor did I buy it all the same day but when i did the most cutting and assembly it took approx 4-5 hours. I had a bunch of the 2x4's cut already as well as the sheets of plywood for the doors. Used a small chop saw on a table outside which made it super easy/fast to cut everything else.
